My experience of working with ECS back office team has been nothing short of splendid. ECS back office has always provided A-class service when it comes to my timesheet or billing queries. They always seemed to know the answers on top of their mind and when this is not the case they update you clearly that they need to verify or ask someone else and would get back to you and they do get back to you as committed. They clearly have very well defined processes not just for documentation purposes but they are adhered to as well. Even senior people with-in ECS are very approachable and never shy away from picking up your call or replying to your emails and even if they do not deal with your query directly, they always leave you in good hands. In the end, you do get your query answered or get the support you were expecting.
