Due to the global reach of the company, this position requires the engineer to speak fluent Spanish.
The successful engineer will be part of the team which supports the most senior and influential directors and executives in the bank.
The team responsibility is to provide all the executive's IT needs, including full resolution, in a fast and efficient manner, whilst maintaining calm and control and being accountable for the outcome at all times.
*Windows 7 /10, OSX/IOS, Apple products (iPad/ iPhone), Office 2010/2013/2016 and 365, Blackberry, RAS, McAfee Endpoint encryption
*Answering dedicated helpline between 8am-midnight (dependant on shift and on call) prioritising work load & using initiatives in a fast paced, 24hr environment
Require Knowledge and Skills:
*Spanish Speaking (Fluent)
*Previous VIP support experience (minimum 2 years)
*Windows 7, 10 and Mac Desktop support software, build and hardware knowledge
*Knowledge of iOS devices from a support and configuration perspective
*Microsoft Office suite Installation, Troubleshooting and good product support
Microsoft MCSA (or equivalent) in Windows Desktop Operating System
