Working as a technical support engineer for a rapidly expanding, innovative IT solutions organisation, you will be part of a small, close knit team predominantly providing second and third line support to wide range of technologies both in the field and on site. This is an integral role within the business that will allow you to work on both BAU support and project based engagements.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate techy, who is highly customer facing and always champions the customer.

*Flexible approach and open mind to new technologies
*Excellent communicator who is thorough with documentation and able to articulate technical specifications to a broad range of stakeholders
Experience of configuring/building and supporting the following is essential:
*Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012 R2, 2016
*Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016
*Virtualisation - Hyper V (VMWare beneficial)
*Firewalls - (Sophos XG highly beneficial)
*Azure (Knowledge of EMS / ASR beneficial)
Experience on working with AVG Managed Workplace and is also highly beneficial.

Please note: There will be a requirement for on-call services, which is currently at one week in five. There is also an opportunity to work overtime.
