An opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst with proven experience to join their team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will be responsible for managing your own workload, as well as taking inbound calls and providing remote support to an extensive user base via telephone, email, Skype and remote support tools.
You will be expected to provide a high level of 1st and 2nd line helpdesk/service desk support, logging calls and escalating/liaising with internal teams where necessary.
*Previous experience of working on a service desk.
*Active Directory knowledge
*Office 365 and associated technologies
*Malware prevention software
*Windows 7 and 10 install/remediate/update
*Strong communicator both written and verbally
*Strong teamwork ethic
*Android/iOS within a corporate environment (Airwatch)
