One of my high profile clients are looking to recruit a Support Analyst to join the infrastructure services team. The main function of the role will be to provide primarily 1st line support with occasional 2nd line support, to all users with emphasis on excellent customer service, including telephone support and remote management. You will provide technical and functional support of commercially effective desktop systems, at both a software and a hardware level, which meet the current and future needs of the business.
*Previous experience of working on a 1st/2nd line support desk.
*Call logging experience -(Ideally Jura)
*Strong experience with Windows /10, Office 365 and Active Directory
*Knowledge of PC, Desktops and Servers
