Due to the global reach of the company, this position requires the engineer to speak fluent Spanish.
*Basic 1st line support (Password resets and 1st time fixes)
*Management of team mailbox and calendar
*Answering executive helpline between 8:00 to 18:30 (dependant on shift)
*Respond to phone, email and face-to-face incidents reported to the team
Require Knowledge and Skills:
*Spanish Speaking (Fluent)
*PA/Executive Assistant/Administrator Experience
Although an initial 6 month contract, this is a long term position within an organisation which will support your growth and development.
