The products are already revolutionising a range of industries, with a current focus being on the healthcare sector who are benefiting hugely from their cutting-edge technology.
This is a key purpose of this role is to turn a business lead into a fully developed opportunity, by creating and delivering customer-driven proof-of-concept project proposals.
*Identify and communicate gaps in the product portfolio that need to be addressed by the product development teams in order to satisfy local market requirements.
*Work with product management to provide feedback on issues with current products and provide input around product requirements for local markets.
*Develop sales collateral, that illustrates value proposition including customer presentations and solution demonstrations.
*Create and deliver product demonstrations, including product overviews and customer-driven proof-of-concept projects.
*Create compelling commercial and technical documentation outlining the proposed solution, the cost savings and business benefits to the customer, the technical deployment of the solution and the project implementation plan.
*Deliver sales training on solutions and provide product knowledge support to internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills:
*Strong experience in Solution/Sales Engineering role.
*Demonstrable experience within IT and preferably within the healthcare industry … Any experience with speech recognition is a plus.
*Experience developing commercial and technical documents for customers.
*Exceptional customer facing skills.
This role will be home based with travel to customer site - the ideal candidate will be based in the Midland, however this is not an essential criteria.
