A Global Business Systems provider are currently recruiting for a Solution Architect to be a senior member of their AX/D365 Practice. The Solution Architect is responsible for designing a solution to ensure implementations are both technically & functionally viable, as well as being achievable based on available cost's resources, etc

This is a home-based position, with travel to Surrey being required 1 to 2 times per month.

Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing and documenting the solution design and architecture
*Recording/tracking key design decisions, validating these in the context of requirements
*Produce and maintain the Solution Architecture Document, ensuring this is kept updated so all stakeholders are clear and agree on the end solution
*Review design documentation across all project work streams to obtain a cohesive view and ensure the design specified achieves the agreed end solution
*Maintaining the Functional Requirements Register and ensuring all requirements have been met in the solution design

Experience and Skills:
*Has broad system building and implementation experience gained on multiple projects
*Has previous experience in the implementation of AX/D365
*Has experience in implementing large customer projects
*Functional experience in AX/D365 across current and previous product versions
*Able to use Microsoft Visio, or similar product, to produce system architecture diagrams
*A working knowledge of Data migration activities
*Has a good understanding of ERP systems in general
