Service Desk Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line
Location: South West London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Working as a Service Desk Analyst for a rapidly expanding organisation you will be responsible for working in a best-in-class support team providing 1st and 2nd line support to around 400 users. This number is increasing regularly, and includes a large amount of VIP / senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic and passionate with a broad understanding of technology. As IT is a critical function of the business, it receives a huge amount of investment and refreshes. There are a number of ongoing projects that you will have the opportunity to work on, as well as providing BAU support to the business.

Experience Required:

- An excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Windows Desktops and Laptops (7, 8, 10)
-Experience supporting Office 365 including the Office application suite
-Knowledge of supporting corporate mobile phones (iPhone)
-Networking experience: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP
-Excellent customer service/support skills
-Experience managing support tickets (using ServiceNow is an advantage)
-Experience supporting VIP / senior stakeholders
