Working as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for a reputable and well-known company based in Leeds, you will be responsible for dealing with all 1st line queries and you will assist in delivering personable and professional customer support.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
-Service Desk experience
-Basic resolutions (password resets etc)
-Experience with ServiceNow (desirable)
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Ability to identify/understand issues and then escalating to 2nd/3rd line when necessary
