The ECS Resource Group are working with a well-known Gaming and Gambling company in London. Successful candidates will be expected to provide 1st line support across the business with a strong focus on customer services.

Key Skills Required
*Minimum 1 years' experience in 1st line support or service desk positions
*Experience providing support to remote users over the phone
*Strong technical knowledge in Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM and Active Directory
*Excellent customer facing skills
*Experience providing end user Mac OS Support
*Experience using ITSM (Ticket Management System)
