ECS Resource Group are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a client in Newcastle on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced and busy technical team on end client projects. Responsible for communicating with customers/clients over the telephone and email, insuring they are given the highest quality of service. Also ensuring incidents and requests are prioritised and resolved successfully.

Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience working on a Service Desk, or in a technical support position
*Windows 7/8 and 10 Desktop skills and experience
*Office 365 experience
*Passion for IT
*Excellent communication skills

Ideally candidates need to be able to start in the next couple of week.
