- Acts as the primary owner of the client relationship
- Problem/Incident Management
- Secures revenue retention and revenue growth across assigned portfolio
- Stays current with industry, market, competitive trends, and relevant technology innovation.
- Strong background in Service Delivery Management within the healthcare sector, and ideally experience with software/applications
