This role will allow you to be the technical point of contact for projects, and will allow you to collaborate with Developers, PMO etc to ensure successful delivery of the projects. You will be able to lead some of the largest projects on the market right now, as well as drive the partner's success to the next level.
This role will be home based, but could require travel across most of England as an when required.
*Provide first-class service to internal and external customers.
*Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and acceptance criteria.
*Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc).
*Configure application UI and Workflow.
*Develop client-specific reporting.
*Prepare client-facing and internal technical deliverables.
*Experience as a key technical resource leading ServiceNow solutions development within client environments
*Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes; SIM experience preferred.
*Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, etc.
*Experience integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
*Ability to mentor, and impart best practice to, novice staff in development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform.
