Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Working as a Senior Support Engineer for one of our major IT Managed Services clients, you will champion the organisation's remote technical support and have a particular focus on supporting Microsoft technologies.
As part of the 24x7 Support team, you will work on a shift pattern with weekly rotation and the ideal individual will have worked in a similar, fast-paced environment in the past within which they have supported a wide range of customers.
Desired skills include;
- Exchange 2010 or above
- AD - GPO, DFS, Site and Services
- Office 365
- Azure / ADFS / Azure AD
- Skype for Business
- SCCM 2012
- SQL 2008 or above
Relevant MS qualifications are of course advantageous, but not essential.
