The ECS Resource Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk/Application Support Team Leader to work for a leading software house based in Milton Keynes. The Service Desk/Application Support Team Leader will be responsible for being part of a growing service desk team and be the senior figure for the team.
Salary and Benefits
The Service Desk/Application Support Team Leader will earn a competitive salary: £30,000 - £37,000.
The Service Desk/Application Support Team Leader will oversee all requests, incidents and problems. You will act as the point of escalation and co-ordinate response to critical issues raised.
*Assist with providing monthly reports on SLAs and KPIs for the entire IT Operations department.
*Monitor and manage incoming ticket volumes. Identifying trends and deliver on strategies to reduce overall ticket volumes.
*Contribute to the establishment of the Service Desk function within the organisation
*Experience working in a Senior Service Desk and Application Support capacity
*ITIL service management experience and ITIL certification to a minimum of foundation level (desirable)
*Extensive experience in Reporting, Trend Analysis, Problem and Change Management.
*Considerable experience in implementing and maintaining ITSM ticketing systems.
