My client, a market leader in dental products, is seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketer, with a proven track record of success. The business manufactures and markets more than 2,000 dental products, we are looking for someone with experience of managing a diverse portfolio with excellent marketing experience in both online and offline tactics.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

*Experienced in digital and social media tactics with the ability to co-ordinate integrated campaigns across multiple channels to target customer groups
*Able to communicate creatively and clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
*Must have the ability to think strategically and develop engaging programmes and tactics that motivate the sales team, delight the customer and ultimately exceed targets
*Manage a diverse portfolio of products at varying stages of the product life-cycle
*Proactive utilisation and maximisation of all elements of the marketing mix Campaign planning and execution with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign metrics including ROI
*Insight gathering and market analysis
*Build effective relationships with key influencers to maximise portfolio strategies
*Leverage on-line and off-line tactics resulting in effective and engaging integrated campaigns
*Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including customers, the wider marketing team, the sales team, channel and global colleagues
*Build and execute local marketing plans for the Restorative portfolio to ensure achievement of UK & I regional sales plan, within allocated budget
*Work closely with the sales team to ensure development of plans appropriate to their needs, those of their customers and the target market
*Production and stock control of all relevant sales tools
*Management of non-technical customer enquiries
*Participation in local, European or Global projects as required Pro-actively work with
*Customer Services to ensure appropriate level of stock to support customer demand and well managed inventory levels for designated products, minimising non-working inventory.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

*Proven operational marketing experience is essential
*Dental and/or Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential ● Completion of, or commitment to, a relevant CIM qualification
*Experience using Customer Relations Management (CRM) software (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle, SAP CRM)
*Degree Educated
