You will be heavily involved in staff onboarding and the recruitment process. Liaising with senior managers, coordinating interviews and dealing with recruitment suppliers on a regular basis. You will enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment, working to deadlines and timescales to ensure the recruitment process is facilitated and supported, ensuring a seamless delivery.
*Liaise with senior managers & suppliers to coordinate interviews, offers and role qualifications/updates.
*Onboard new permanent or contractor staff, make sure that compliance, clearance, IT and the HR process is enabled to support.
*Work with managers to decipher role requirements, briefing agencies when required.
*Manage new starter paperwork, take ownership of administrative tasks.
*Organise staff inductions, first days and required equipment & access.
*Manage external recruitment suppliers, taking ownership of the relationship, keeping in regular contact.
*All adhoc administrative tasks as required.
*Must have experience in HR, understanding the process of recruitment and staff onboarding
*Excellent customer service skills, capable of relationship building
*Must be highly organised, excellent attention to detail
*Must have good administrative and IT skills, competent with Microsoft Office & Excel
*Will be a self-starter, from a similar role in HR Administrator or Advisor
