I am currently looking for a Segment Marketing Executive. An end-user focussed role, this will cover all elements of the marketing mix and leads the marketing efforts for assigned key segments from my clients leading FMCG organisation, based from within their personal safety division.

You will be responsible for;
*All external communication to their designated segment(s), managing targeted campaigns designed to increase presence and sales.
*The role focuses on driving sales across the portfolio to deliver the most relevant product mix for the end-user.
*The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the gathering of insight for their respective segments, including Customer Journey Mapping, to design content and campaigns that resonate with our key personas.
*Of key importance is the ability to work effectively across the portfolio and trade teams

Job Responsibilities
*Preparation, implementation and evaluation of assigned segment(s) plans, aligning allocated budget to drive business growth.
*External communications and targeted campaigns to assigned segment(s) including development of appropriate content and delivery tactics.
*Developing and communicating relevant product options for the assigned segment(s) representing all products within the segment.
*Works closely with wider team to drive contact strategy and ensure appropriate use of CRM to track segment performance
*Develop segment, market, competitor & customer insights and utilise insights to adjust, improve and refine activities.
*Proactively shares knowledge and insight with wider PSD team.
*The individual will be required to travel around the UK to attain expectations and deliver an externally focused and customer orientated approach.

Skills, experience and key capabilities
*Ability to develop, implement and measure a marketing pla
*Good understanding of and experience in all elements of the marketing mix
*Customer-facing experience
*negotiation and influencing skills
*Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office

*Degree in Business related subject preferable
*CIM Qualifications (or working towards) are preferable
