I am looking for a Network/Infrastructure Support Administrator; this position combines a project and support role with daily operational requirements for the team who are currently working on sites leading the design and implementation of IT infrastructure with a strong focus on the production networks, systems and security.

Role responsibilities;
*Provide technical support on the UK sites
*Ensure standard architecture is deployed on production sites
*Design and implement appropriate solutions to audit non-conformances
*Maintain strong security in Production networks and support logical audits
*Manage networks on UK sites in line with standards
*Manage and maintain servers and infrastructure components on UK networks
*Monitor, respond and resolve support tickets
*Be responsive to incidents and issues impacting the supported environments
*Support during internal and external audits
*Maintain up-to-date technical documentation on the network including: network topology/diagrams, back-up and restore procedures, security procedures, operation/support procedures

Education/Training/Key Requirements
*Higher education (degree optional)
*Cisco CCENT/CCNA (advantageous)
*Strong track record in an IT support/Systems Administrator role with good knowledge of networking and server administration / support / management
*Logical audit experience
*VPN Management
*Server build, migration, hardening and deployment
*Firewall Management (Cisco ASA / Juniper)
*Strong knowledge of Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, NTFS Permissions)
*Good knowledge of Hyper-V / VMWare
