Sales Support Administrator

Working for a dynamic and growing IT Resource Consultancy based in Meriden, Coventry.

Responsibilities:

- Sales administration to support the Sales Director and Sales Support with the sales life cycle to include:
- Client research, information gathering and discovery
- Preparation of sales documentation and collateral
- Escalate sales calls when the Sales Director is away from the office
- Sales reporting
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
- Data input and administration on our internal CRM database
- Monitoring web responses / inbound emails and ensure appropriate follow-up



Key skills:

-Strong telephone manner with the ability to build relationships
-Excellent communication and highly presentable
-Ideally experienced with MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook & CRM (however, not essential)
-Must drive due to office location and lack of public transport
-Ambitious & eager to learn

This role is likely to develop and grow, which will involve additional responsibilities being added as experience is gained.
