Key Job Responsibilities
*Service and support through utilising SAP for order entry, order status (resolution, collection and shipping dates), enquiries, agreement and pricing queries
*To ensure all transactions meet required compliance standards at all times
*Ensure Customer Service partner function is kept up to date for your assigned accounts
*Ensure maintenance and update of CMIR records as appropriate
*All orders processed accurately by 5pm on day of receipt or within timeframe necessary to fully meet customer requirements.
*Ensure any manual order dating will not adversely affect OTIF (On time in full) metric e.g. dating orders within expected standard lead-time
*Ensure correct use of pricing conditions apply service/carriage/administrative charges.
*For all listing requests, extension & pricing requests, use correct email template, follow process (raising ticket where necessary) and apply appropriate block. (Cases to follow end of January)
*To assist customers via Salesforce cases with product issues in the areas of products issues, recalls, returned goods, proof of delivery, freight claims.
Skills, experience and key capabilities
*Organisational skills are essential in the fast-paced customer environment.
*Previous SAP and Salesforce
*Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes is also essential.
*Experience of supply chain and logistics is also desirable
