The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining all revenue streams for annual product renewals with a key focus on generating new business leads. They will also be expected to develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the product portfolio and align this understanding to the needs of the client.
Another aspect of the role will be reaching out to customers on a quarterly basis making sure they are happy with the service and products.
- Understanding of Life Sciences / Bio-medical business culture
- Experience in a sales environment using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
- Strong communication skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism to both clients and colleagues
