You will have the ability to run the organisational design, having had built a global organisation design, in a complex multi-country environment previously.
Identify business needs and translate them into practical people solutions
Run the organizational design associated with the Transformation
Co-own the development of the Business Case along with Finance
*Ability to understand business issues and cultural enablers or barriers across geographies
*Support line managers in creating environments that embrace change and forward-looking perspectives
*Ability to assimilate information, strong analytical skills, ability to manage and mine data to develop insights and support decision making via solution development
*Ability to diagnose individual / team issues, propose and implement robust, sustainable solutions or change activities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating the rapid establishment of constructive relationships and personal credibility
*Ability to demonstrate resilience in challenging / difficult situations
*Previous HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in a global, matrix structure will be a competitive advantage
*CIPD to advanced level.
