This role will offer the successful candidate responsibility for driving the direction and growth of the industrial product portfolio across the North European Region. In addition, the role offers segment responsibility for driving growth with our Converter Markets Partners for the division.
You will be a high performing marketer, capable of developing effective marketing plans to drive profitable growth and increase market share. This is a very product focussed position, with large elements focussed on driving the portfolio into the converter markets.
*To manage all marketing planning and portfolio activity product portfolio
*Marketing execution to drive profitable growth and market share in the converter markets segment
*Drive the execution of the regional and EMEA marketing plan and define metrics for quantifying ROI
*New Product Introduction including voice of customer insight
*Portfolio Mix - trend analysis, margin optimisation and life cycle management
*Support sales and customer service as required
*You are commercially astute, with experience in developing marketing plans within a profitable growth environment including promotional activity with emphasis on ROI
*Ability to nurture and build key relationships (internal and external stakeholders & customers)
*Degree, particularly in Business/Marketing is strongly preferred as well as a Postgraduate Marketing Qualification would be preferred but not essential
*Experience working with the converter markets, coming from a manufacturer/Industrial background is essential.
*Experience in large matrix organisation/enterprise environment.
