My client is recruiting for an experienced Printer Support Engineer to be based in there Northampton office.
As the Specialist Printer Support Engineer you will be responsible for telephone and remote support to engineers and designated key customer accounts.
You will Support the field service engineers during live events to provide technical advice and resolution action Plans.
Providing advice and coordination on implementing updates and project request in the field.
General PC and Peripheral support
Ability to train mobile engineers on Lexmark, OKI and other printer
You will be required to have strong printer support skills, ideally Lexmark, OKI or HP
Printer accreditation would be highly desirable
Good communicator with excellent customer service skills
Ability to deliver hands on training to engineers
Ability to document, and accurately record fault details
Good MS Office Skills
**This position is to work 5 out of 7 days covering shifts between 8am - 6pm**
