Technical skills should include:
-Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server
-Active Directory
-LAN/WAN TCP/IP environment
-SQL Server
-Switches & Routers
-ITIL

Desirable skills:

-MCITP, MCSE, MCTS
-ISO270001 experience
