Operations Executive
Location: Deeside
Salary: £25,000+ (Depending on experience)

Our client is a leading provider of IT Telecoms and Solutions, they are currently looking for Operations Executive to join their successful Deeside team.

To specialise in the creation and on-boarding of customers in the Clients' Hosted product portfolio including the Unity Hosted Telephony Product, CPS Calls and lines, connectivity portfolio including the ability to process the Vodafone one net product set.


The role:
*Installation and migration of BT Openreach services via the Vodafone WLR3 Portal
*Liaison with Accounts and Billing team for CPS/Line billing.
*Uboss Customer builds and maintenance of the workflow system.
*DSL wholesale portal - service migrations and installations.
*Liaison with customers over porting and BT Openreach service installation.
*Stock ordering for Unity services/products
*Liaison with sales team of project timelines and progress.
*Arranging site installs (subject to internal workloads and porting dates)
*Ordering process with Gamma for Leased line installations

The package:

For all your hard-work and dedication to your role, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £25,000 plus (dependant on experience) . This also includes a market leading benefits package.
