I am looking for an Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) lead, working for my client in London, this role requires SC Clearance.

You will ensure that the overall test work-stream spanning all aspects of the delivery (including software, hardware, equipment, IT etc.) are meeting customer requirements/ industry standards and that the test deliverables meet both timeline and quality standards. Developing, enhancing, standardising and creating high quality test documentation. You will need to have 5 + years of experience in Operational Acceptance Testing roles.

Responsibilities include;

*Plan create and manage all Non-functional Test Plans such as OAT, Site Acceptance and BCDR
*Own and liaise with business and technical teams to plan OAT test activities.
*Lead on end-to-end test phases focusing on operational acceptance procedures. Understand, review and/or define operational procedures and ensure alignment to the OAT activities for new services and systems.
*Assist with developing test practices and ensuring delivery of testing services.
*Lead on non-functional test execution and assurance activities and on defect management from such test phases.
*Work closely with the programme test manager to ensure that the test programme aligns to the overall programme in terms of time, quality and cost requirements.
*Understand and input to Non-functional test requirements as well as operational and load test plans.

Essential Skills;

*Experience in non-functional testing across recovery and restoration testing phases.
*Strong understanding of critical Live services, alerting and monitoring, SLAs and operational procedures and the relevant test documentations for execution and assurance. Experience in system and network infrastructure testing is beneficial.
*Extensive experience in delivering OAT test requirements, creating test plans, traceability matrices, test data sets, cases/scripts and test results/reports. Strong knowledge of the SDLC and experience with Agile test methodology.
*Technical understanding of design and system architecture. Excellent test documentation writing skills.
*A strong understanding of the Testing principles.
*Experience of working with a variety of Test Tools for Functional and Non Functional.
*Experience of defect management tools such as JIRA and associated JIRA Add-ons.
*ISEB/ISTQB certification - minimum of Foundation, Advanced or Practitioner preferred. Good understanding of ITIL framework and all associated ITIL processes.
