- To establish contacts and work closely with the marketing groups and channel teams to ensure that customer incentive plans and accruals are accurately put into the company systems.
- To provide finance, marketing and channel teams with timely accurate accessible information.
- Respond to service desk requests within set service level agreements.
- Experience of Customer Incentive Plans and SAP would be an advantage.
- High level of PC skills especially keyboard skills and Excel.
- A minimum of 2-3 years work experience is required.
