Duties of the Marketing Executive include:
*Copywriting for all our marketing collateral and blog articles with the ability to translate technical speak into business, commercial language. Collateral includes brochures, fact sheets, case studies, PPTs and the website.
*Talking to senior stakeholders to decipher information needed for our collateral before producing high-quality copy and managing amends through to sign off as quickly as possible.
*Using Adobe CS (InDesign and Photoshop) to make simple amends to collateral and images.
*Finding creative and innovative ways to improve our SEO.
*Using our HubSpot platform to make website updates, generate company email campaigns, create lead nurture and improve our automation capability.
*Supporting the Events Marketing Executive in the organisation and attendance of company events including research, planning, logistics and attendance to events such as roundtables, breakfast briefings and webinars.
*Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. Producing an accurate summary of total spend and opportunity value created at the end of a marketing campaign.
*Educated to degree-level minimum (or equivalent) with Marketing or Business degrees preferred.
*A CIM qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
*Proven previous experience in a similar role for a technology or telecoms organisation.
*B2B experience is essential.
*Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional use of written English and grammar.
*An excellent understanding and experience of using HubSpot including lead nurture campaigns and automation workflows.
*Excellent PowerPoint skills - both creating and editing, creative skills in InDesign and Photoshop an advantage Events experience.
