This is an exciting, hands on technical opportunity to support a variety of applications within one of our growing organisations.
* Must have experience of working in a 24/7 Network / service operations environment
* Must have experience of working with Batch jobs
* Knowledge of applications monitoring and ITSM toolsets is highly desirable
* "Eyes On" monitoring of a defined list of customer Line of Business Applications
* Interface with the customer's Service Desk and service managers
* Response to monitor alerts following either defined written procedures or a defined escalation path (assigning to customer's internal L2 / L3 teams)
* Providing basic Level 1, scripted technical diagnosis / instructions to attempt troubleshooting
* Basic working knowledge of ITSM Monitoring Toolsets (AppDynamics)
There is a 24/7 shift pattern with this role.
