I am currently looking to recruit a new Legal Contracts Administrator, joining my clients multinational technology company based in the City Of London. My client provide UC and Contact Centre Services to global businesses, due to an increase in work load and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting time to join the growing business.

Your role will be to support the Contracts Manager in all ownership of contractual documentation both customer and supplier facing. You must have some paralegal skills, and be a flexible person with excellent initiative and self direction with very good attention to detail and determination to see all administrative tasks through to completion. You will be responsible for administration of contracts as well as aiding the Contracts Manager in ensuring all departments adhere to any existing or new contractual flow-downs the business has agreed with customers and for spot-checking existing contracts to ensure customers are being invoiced as expected.

Key Responsibilities include:

*Ownership, where designated by the Contracts Manager, of customer and supplier facing contractual paperwork, sometimes on standard templates, sometimes on customer/supplier own templates, covering NDAs, customer contractual agreements, partner agreements, MSAs, SOWs, etc.
*Onboarding of new Suppliers.
*Aiding the Contracts Manager in drafting new contracts and contract amendments, including detailed review of existing contracts to ensure accurate changes are made as required, liaising with customers / suppliers and sometimes other third parties to negotiate and agree contractual clauses to completion and satisfaction.
*Involvement with the ownership of all contract templates, including annual review, change control and internal communication of revisions and new templates
*Various admin tasks including a full contractual audit and taking responsibility for the contracts register to ensure everything is up to date and current, arranging renewals and extensions as required for customers and suppliers
*Liaise internally and with customers / suppliers regarding any contractual and / or billing enquiries
*Ensure all contracts, at each stage of the contract life cycle, are named and stored in line with company polices, accurately tracking all unsigned contracts and contract amendments through to completion, consistently following up with customers or suppliers to ensure contract signature

Experience Required

*Educated to A-level minimum, with higher education qualification preferred (LLB degree or equivalent), but not essential
*Knowledge of commercial and contracts law essential.
*Paralegal skills would be extremely beneficial
*Computer literate and very confident with Microsoft Office, other packages an advantage
*Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, covering to a minimum numbering, formatting, contents templates, comparing
