The successful candidate will be supporting an exciting IT project, providing excellent customer service and facilitating technical requests.
*Prioritising and chasing up engineers and users to ensure tickets and users are up to date on requests.
*Escalate problems where necessary to third parties both internal and external
*Respond to phone, e-mail and face-to-face incidents reported to the team.
Require Knowledge and Skills:
*Office 2007/2010 Experience
*Previous engineer scheduler experience
