IT Manager
The ECS Resource Group are recruiting for an IT Manager to join a forward thinking, award winning Managed Service Organisation. The IT Manager will be responsible for all internal IT within the company which includes, support, Infrastructure and Networks. The IT Manager will ensure all systems are maintained and ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum.

Location:
The role will be working across 2 offices in Leeds and Wakefield, therefore the ideal candidate must be in commutable distance between both.

Salary and Benefits
The IT Manager will earn a competitive salary: Up to £45,000 and be eligible for excellent company benefits such as company share schemes, awesome group trips (last year was to Iceland) and training.

The Role
The IT Manager will manage the Group Systems function to provide effective Group systems service and support with appropriate functionality, security, resilience, scalability and availability. You will also proactively seek and deliver Group System enhancements within plans. Manage the Group systems security and compliance proactively.

Duties
*Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
*Document all configurations and information relevant to customers, sites and Group, stored as per Procedures.
*Control, configuration, management, issue and BC/DR recovery of all Group ICT systems - auditable.
*Group Systems Roadmap, illustrating scheduled developments and functional enhancements and comprising detailed plans for requirements gathering, planned development, deployment through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live into operational support

Previous Experience
*General ICT Systems Management experience.
*Experience of IT Management, including compute, storage, network, security and application delivery legal compliance.
*Proven customer service, communication and management skills. Must be an effective communicator and team player.

Desired Skills
*Microsoft CRM management (Dynamics 365, SQL, SSRS, PowerBI).
*Systems development: systems analysis, process mapping, development and report-writing.
*Infrastructure: design, deployment, troubleshooting of ICT platforms on-premise and cloud.
