As the HR Manager you will be responsible for Sickness Absence, Performance Management and Probation HR Cases, Disciplinary, Grievance or other Dispute issues and Roll-out of Performance Review, Promotion and Pay Planning Provision of HR related training to business leaders.
*HR Management experience
*Good understanding of employment law and strong case management experience
*Tupe experience and dealing with Trade Unions
*Strong MS Office Skills
*CIPD qualified level 3-5
