The ECS Resource Group are working with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit a HR Coordinator/ Administrator to work in Bracknell.
* New Starter Processing (include sending offer letters and contracts of employment)
* Filing and Archiving of employee documents
* Other ad hoc administration (Purchase orders / Invoice processing)
* Supporting and participating in projects to help improve admin processes
* Proficient in IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* Ability to use own initiative
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Customer Service skills/experience
* Good communication/ organisational skills
