Role and requirements include but not limited to;
*Assisting with recruitment process by placing adverts
Printing/photocopying of application packs and distributing to field staff
*Understanding of the full employee life cycle from offer letter to leaving the business
*Ability to prioritise and proactively manage multiple activities including case work and projects.
*Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced and complex environment with shifting priorities while building strong relationships at all levels.
*Knowledge of all functional areas in human resources as well as policies, procedures, and best practices.
*Chase up application pack documents from candidates/field staff
*Filing of documents electronically
*Assist with drawing up documents from templates
*Adding new members of staff to screening process, chasing action points where needed
*Systematic use of shared inbox, distributing, actioning and filing of emails
*Answering phone calls and distributing as per instructions
*Assisting on any given tasks as reasonably directed
*Opportunity to study CIPD qualification after successful completion of probationary period
*Degree education preferred
*Previous experience in HR Administration
*Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
