Working as a Helpdesk Support Engineer for a highly established company based in Leeds, you will be responsible for dealing with all 1st line queries and you will assist in delivering personable and professional customer support.
*Cleaning and assessing legacy laptops
*Installing software into legacy laptops and then testing them
*Windows 10 & Office 365 experience (desirable)
*Excellent communication skills
