Working as a Helpdesk Engineer to join a highly successful IT Solutions company based in Epsom who are going through a large spell of expansion. Key Skills
- Must be articulate and have a good telephone manner
- Own transport required
- Working towards Microsoft MCSE qualification
- Helpdesk Support
- 1st/2nd Line Support
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 (including Active Directory etc.)
- Microsoft Office 365 including Exchange Online
- VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Networking principals Attributes (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- SAN Storage
