Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Responsible for managing a team of 35x technical field service engineers and helpdesk support professionals providing 1st class customer support to all clients across the UK&I. Excellent career and development opportunity within a growing organisation.
Candidates must have experience of planning and implementing insourcing projects (preferably Field Service Engineering) back inhouse from third party providers.
Other skills / experience should include some of the following:
-Customer & commercially focused
-Implement and maintain SLA's
-Technical team leadership
-Coaching / team development
-Outsourced and insourcing of technical services delivery
-ISO 9001 standard (advantageous only)
