Graduate Account Analyst
Location: Deeside
Salary: £25,000 (Depending on experience)

Our client is a leading provider of IT Telecoms and Solutions, They are currently looking for account analyst to join their successful Deeside team.


The role:
*Clear and prompt communication with internal sales team at all times. (2 Hour SLA)
*Clear and prompt communication with customer at all times. (2 Hour SLA)
*Clear and prompt communication of all issues to relevant parties. (2 Hour SLA)
*All issues raised to line manager in a timely manner.
*Ensure all documentation relating to orders is completed accurately prior to processing.
*Ensure that both internal and external systems are accurately updated.
*Ensure all relevant correspondence and documentation is completed and filed accurately.
*Processing orders on 'partner portals' (in accordance with your product set training).
*Arranging site installs / visits (Subject to internal workloads and porting dates).
*Ordering of stock to ensure fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring accurate records are kept so as to avoid loss.
*Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
*Attend daily / weekly meetings to aid business and operational development.


The package:

*Understanding and usage of all supplier portals/systems.
*Knowledge of all supplier tariffs and products
*Meticulous attention to detail.

*The ability to work under pressure
*Identifying risk so as to minimise any potential impact to customer or the business
