Finance Business Partner
I have an exciting opportunity based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire for a Finance Business Partner working for a leading
supplier of specialist construction materials who distribute throughout the UKL and Europe. As a Finance Business
Partner, you will provide first class business partnering services to the business budget holders, providing insightful and added
value information with the aim of improving business performance.
Responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the month-end financial performance is completed in a timely and accurate manner
* providing appropriate insight and recommendations, as well as the design, development and management of robust bottom up monthly, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
* Supporting the business with the implementation of its strategy and attend regional meetings to provide financial
updates.
* Building close partnerships with the Regional Directors to monitor and drive business performances within each
branch, providing strategic insight and data driven decision making.
It is likely you will be a Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA, circa 5 yrs PQE with proven business partnering experience within a
similar role. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, be commercially aware and able to
develop and manage your workload effectively. You will have the proven ability to both build relationships and be an
influencer across all levels. This role will sit at the heart of the business so will need to be comfortable working alongside
operational and commercial colleagues and be able to build excellent working relationships. You will have experience of
an ERP system, as well as MS Office.
