We are currently looking for a new Sales Representative to join our Abrasives System Division covering the South West territory to include Exeter, Taunton, Plymouth, Bournemouth, Southampton,
Salisbury, Torquay, Truro and Dorchester.
This is a field-based sales position calling on a variety of industrial manufacturing businesses. The successful candidate will need to meet & exceed the annual Abrasive System Division territory sales growth target.
*Manage and maintain existing key account end user customers.
*To develop close working relationships with the territory channel partners built on agreed business plans, promotional activities, joint working and end user support.
*To manage the pricing requirements in line with the business expectations
*To utilise the specialist sales, technical, marketing & management support available
*To have a positive contribution to the overall Abrasive Systems Division business team
*Feedback on competitor activities within the marketplace.
*To implement and deliver on any national marketing or sales programmes
*Handle and manage any product failures or customer complaints
*Utilise the Customer Relationship Database (accounts, activities, opportunities, profiles, contacts) as a territory management tool.
Skills, Experience & Key Capabilities
*You will have a solid sales background ideally within the Abrasives & Power Tools industry
*We are looking for an Ambitious, driven, results focused self-starter with a tenacious mind-set
Organised with ability to work with others and alone to deadlines
