We are looking for someone who can bring strategic and operational leadership. You will be responsible for developing the strategy to increase sales through emerging channels and new business models. Working closely with their business groups across the EMEA region to enforce eCommerce best practice, you will also work on partner programs, responsible for accelerating eCommerce sales through both Pure Player and Brick and Click Channel Partners.
Role Responsibilities include;
*Be the EMEA e-commerce expert, share trends, internal and external best practice.
*Lead contact for B2B eCommerce, ensuring the business needs are appropriately represented.
*Drive the strategy for the adoption of the B2B eCommerce framework
*Accelerate the adoption and engagement of the e-ordering store
*Manage the eCommerce/business-e store team for channel partners and implement a comprehensive EMEA strategy.
*Collaborate with the Businesses to select suitable trading partners with the business and analyse the online merchant landscape.
*Facilitate the activation of the plan actions with the dealerships (landing pages, promotions).
*Leverage the Digital Central specialist and operational team to drive the plan's implementation
*Explore new business model and provide recommendation to the business.
*Meet e-Commerce KPIs, introduce of processes and methods to measure, analyze and report them as well.
*Work closely with different players in the matrix at regional and area level to drive the transformation.
*Work closely with the Global teams & country teams across EMEA
*Provide insight to the business regarding the product portfolio selection and the product presentation including SEO.
Knowledge & Skills
*Bachelor's /Master's Degree in business/marketing ideally master MBA in digital or e-commerce.
*Proven, outstanding eCommerce performance with channel, ideally B2B.
*Proven advanced selling experience through channel.
*In-depth experience in digital.
*Strong leadership experience, ideally in decentralized international teams.
*Change agent with strong engagement skills.
*Strong organizational and project management skills.
*Passionate in the constant research for new trends and current eCommerce developments.
*International experience (must also be willing to travel up to 40% across EMEA)
