I am currently looking for a new EMEA Source to Pay eCommerce Analyst to join my clients global manufacturing organisation and EMEA Sourcing Process and Systems Team.

Key Job Responsibilities

*The successful candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and have extensive experience of implementing EDIFACT, ANSI X12, cXML EDI solutions to enable the sending and receiving of Purchase Order, Purchase Order Acknowledgment, Advanced Ship Notices, Invoices, Forecast and Inventory information between customer and supplier relationships.
*The role is part of the EMEA Regional eCommerce Team deploying and enabling the eCommerce solutions with our EMEA supply base.
*working closely with our Global and EMEA STP and Strategic Sourcing teams
*managing supplier communication, enablement, testing and training activities
*providing help desk support to suppliers and internal stakeholders

Skills, experience and key capabilities:

*SAP experience is essential
*EDIFACT, ANSI X12, Ariba cXML is essential
*Ariba Network Supplier web portal and SAP SNC experience is desirable
*Experience of Sourcing and/or working with external partners and suppliers is essential
*Excellent project management & communication skills are essential
*Experience of working within a multi-cultural & International environment is essential
*Languages are desirable - for example German, French, Polish
*Microsoft Office tools is essential, and candidates with specific Access Database skills and knowledge will be at an advantage

Qualifications

Minimum education to A-Level standard (or equivalent). Degree preferred but not essential.
