Working as a Deskside Support Engineer for a reputable and well-known company in the financial sector based in London, you will be responsible dealing with all 1st/2nd line queries and you will assist in delivering personable and professional customer support.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
-Extensive desktop support experience
-Excellent customer service - VIP Support is desirable
-Experience with Safe Mode in Windows
-PST and OST files
-How to troubleshoot a BSOD
