You will be well experienced in SAP and Excel and when needed, capable of looking for where this missing information is and communicating with the wider business as required.
The role is to fill information gaps in the new database by either transferring data from available sources or contacting the product developers to get the relevant information.
The key responsibilities are to:
*Author and maintain a portfolio of specifications to support the sale of the products.
*Ensure all data available to our customers is accurate, consistent and robust, enabling efficient transfer of information to consumers that comply with the companies policies and relevant legislation.
*To compile and transfer to appropriate systems, consumer information and product details.
*Liaise with members of the eCommerce team to solve issues and prioritise workload.
Experience & Skills required
*Good computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems (SAP & Excel)
Diligent, rigorous and accurate with the ability to collate information from multiple sources.
*Good communication skills towards co-workers and external contacts, both written and orally.
*Ability to prioritise workload against the deadlines
Knowledge of French/German/Spanish/Portuguese would be an advantage but not essential.
