This is initially a 12 month contract with a very high potential for extension.
- Providing service and support to customers across a wide range of products and systems.
- Liaise with business partners on customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service.
- Ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Skills and experience required:
- Nordic language skill is essential (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)
- Experience in a Customer Service / Account Management position (ideally within a manufacturing organisation) is essential.
- Experience using SAP is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
