Our client are a leading global manufacturing organisation who are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Bracknell.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing all customer issue resolution processes
- Driving resolution of disputes and complaints including credit and collection tasks
- Regular interaction with customers and other functions in the region
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with all stakeholders
- Complain and case management

Skills and experience required;
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of customer issue resolution
- Experience using Sales Force, SAP or equivalent order management / finance systems
